Embracing R U OK? Day 2023: Caterlink’s Vibrant Tribute to Mental Health Awareness

R U OK? Day 2023 is on Thursday, September 14th, and it is our National Day of Action. On this day, we remind Australians that every day is an opportunity to ask, ‘Are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever they notice the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.
If you happen to pass by our Perth office and showroom, you might spot something unique – a blue palm tree! This eye-catching addition is part of the Blue Tree Project, a powerful initiative to raise awareness about mental health. These blue trees serve as daily reminders to pay attention to our own mental well-being and that of those around us.
Through heightened awareness, we can find the courage to ask those difficult questions and provide the support that someone may desperately need. ?
Let’s keep the conversation going and create a world where asking, ‘Are you OK?’ is a natural and caring gesture.
