When I am dealing with Adam, he gets back to me quickly with any information that I may require. ““I have done a lot of buying off of Caterlink, like deep fryers and other equipment, and have never had any problems. I live in the country and I have never had any issues getting the equipment and it is always delivered in a timely manner. A lot of time I make an order online and I ring them up and they are prompt in doing what is required. “I have been using Caterlink for the past 8 years, both purchasing outright and renting restaurant equipment, and I couldn’t be happier. Their sales rep, Adam, especially, has been one of the best guys I’ve had the pleasure to work with. He’s always prompt in replying to messages and emails, friendly, and efficient. He understands that running a business is difficult, so when the equipment breaks down and we need a replacement, he personally tries to solve the problem. He pays us a visit to understand the situation and finds us a solution that has kept us trouble-free for years.

For example, our fryer decided to stop working on Sunday. Adam arranged a new fryer on rental for me on a Sunday evening after a text I sent to him. The fryer arrived on Monday morning at 11 am, and we managed to get it installed at 1 pm on the same day. Probably a record, but that’s how efficient this man is.
