Free Delivery Offer Terms and Conditions
Free kerbside delivery within Perth Metro and Melbourne Metro, as per Caterlink’s metro definitions*, is available on all purchases over $1,000 + GST and is subject to Caterlink’s delivery schedule.
Kerbside delivery refers to drop-off at ground level only, as close to the entrance of the premises as reasonably possible. Items will not be carried inside or up stairs. Excluding assembly or packaging removal, this will need to be quoted separately.
Caterlink will arrange deliveries according to its standard delivery routes and schedule. Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, and the confirmed delivery date will be advised based on the next available delivery run.
Requests for a specific delivery date or time outside the scheduled free delivery runs may incur additional freight charges, which will be quoted prior to dispatch. Any such fees will be communicated and confirmed with the customer prior to delivery.
This offer applies to fully paid orders placed between 2 March and 31 March, 2026.
Orders must be collected or delivered by30 April. Failure to collect items by this date may result in the sale being forfeited and the item returned to stock, with no refund.
The offer is valid for in-store, online, and over-the-phone purchases.
