The Maxx Pro series has a triple glass cooking chamber door and redesigned door handle with antibacterial coating with sure-shut function for improved energy efficiency and safety.

Convotherm 4 Series – Heavy-duty, high-volume workhorse

The Convotherm 4 Deluxe and Convotherm 4 EasyDial floor-standing units are durably built combi ovens for heavy-duty daily use in high-volume kitchens where top performance and large quantities are required.

The Convotherm 4 series come in four model variants—gas or electric, direct steam or boiler versions. And, like all Convotherm combi ovens, it’s ENERGY STAR certified for exceptional energy efficiency and environmentally friendly design.

Convotherm Mini Series – Small, but powerful

A smaller unit with a powerful punch, the Convotherm Mini series allows you to install a professional Convotherm combi oven in the tightest spaces.

With a width of only 51.5 cm, the Mini series fits in just about any kitchen, yet offers a surprisingly spacious cooking chamber. The mobile versions provide additional mobility and feature a built-in water and wastewater drawer.

The Cleaning Scheduler allows the creation of custom cleaning profiles with a custom name and icon so you can easily start with the touch of a button.

You can also place cutlery and other heat-resistant kitchen utensils in your combi steamer for deep cleaning.
