Bar Apothecary and Florence’s
Bar Apothecary and Florence’s restaurant are two distinct businesses sharing a single venue. The project brief required us to design three separate kitchens within the space: a prep kitchen, a pizza area, and a function kitchen. The venue also features two food service passes, a spacious bar, dedicated wash areas, coolrooms, canopies, and more, all tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements.
The venue’s proximity to an aged care centre and a hotel presented a unique challenge: ensuring that grease, vapour, and odours did not escape externally. To address this, we installed the AOM electrostatic and ozone filtration system in the extraction canopies. This system uses specialised cassette filters to clean and purify the air, helping to maintain a clean and healthy environment in the area.
