Complete Kitchen Fit-Out Project

Gibney in Cottesloe, WA, stands as one of Perth’s most luxurious destinations. With a stunning 45-metre ocean-facing frontage, this venue offers unparalleled views spanning from Fremantle to the south, Cottesloe to the north, and the Indian Ocean directly ahead. With such a prime location and an unique hospitality experience in many ways this exceptional venue is a hospitality unicorn which you must visit to experience.

Inspired by traditional steakhouses and brasseries across Europe, London, and New York City, Gibney masterfully blends upscale bistro fare with old-school service. Imagine indulging in caviar bumps and bubbles (boasting the largest Champagne menu in Perth), savouring a bowl of handmade pasta, or choosing from six premium steak cuts, all perfectly paired with a fine glass of wine.

A dedicated seafood grill section and a gorgeous bar further enhance the dining experience, making every visit to Gibney as memorable as the food itself.

Caterlink was thrilled to collaborate with Kailis Hospitality to bring the vision of Gibney to reality. Working alongside talented architects and designers from Rezen and builders from Aurora PG, we ensured the open kitchen layout maintained its aesthetic appeal while delivering full commercial kitchen functionality.

Some of the products the project features supplied by Caterlink are custom Australian made Williams refrigeration cabinets, seamlessly integrated into the venue’s luxurious design, Mareno cooking appliances, a Mibrasa charcoal oven, a Rational iCombi supplied by Comcater, energy-efficient Meiko dishwashers, and Hoshizaki ice machines.

From the initial brief to project completion, the journey took just over a year. We are incredibly proud of the outcome and look forward to supporting Kailis Hospitality on their next venture, Magic Apple Wholefoods in Cottesloe.
