Located right in the heart of Perth city, InterContinental on Hay Street is an internationally recognised hotel that caters to relaxation in contemporary elegant guest rooms or suites. It boasts breath-taking views of Perth City, which can be enjoyed from your room or at their hotel bar, with a curated and carefully prepared cocktail full of the freshest ingredients.

A few unusual project features:

Ascua Spanish Grill live fuel charcoal firepit with specialised exhaust systems to incorporate fire suppression.
Custom refrigeration and freezers, with most of them running on a glycol refrigeration system which is more energy efficient to run and maintain than typical refrigeration gas.
Heno & Rey Tapas Bar features a raw bar: a custom-built cold display station with taps and ice facilities built into the unit for slicing fish and shucking oysters.
