Long Chim – Treasury Building Perth

Long Chim is inspired by the markets and street food of Thailand bringing you the flavours of modern Bangkok to Perth’s historic Treasury building.

Translating to “come and taste” in Thai, it’s no surprise they dish up delicious curries, stir fries, noodles, desserts, snacks, salads and more. All dishes are faithfully recreated using recipes researched and fine-tuned by Thai food authority, David Thompson.
