South of the Yarra and close to Southbank, Madison Grand is a new benchmark in high-rise living. The 40-level tower includes 398 Built-to-Rent residences, nearly 2,000 square metres of ground-floor retail and hospitality, a rooftop retreat, and a health and wellness sanctuary.

Residents enjoy private bars, lounges, outdoor BBQ areas, a gym, five pools, and both a sauna and steam room. The gold façade and crown structure make a bold mark on Melbourne’s skyline. Rooftop hospitality offers sweeping views of the CBD and Port Phillip Bay. The building is net zero in operation, with no gas, a 5 Star Green Star rating, and a 6.5-star NATHERS rating.

Caterlink was proud to be appointed to this landmark project through a competitive tender process. With a tight construction timeline and last-minute equipment adjustments, the project demanded sharp coordination and responsive solutions, which our team was well equipped to deliver. Caterlink’s scope included project management, equipment supply and installation across the Ground Floor Bar, as well as the Bar on the 38th Floor Skybar.

We supplied and installed a range of high-quality equipment, including Skope undercounter refrigeration, Meiko undercounter glass washers, Smeg underbench dishwashers, a Hoshizaki ice machine, and custom stainless steel benches, splashbacks and shelving. Caterlink also provided and installed Simply Stainless modular units, dishwasher glass racks, and 3 Monkeez stainless steel sinks along with an ice well. The Ground Floor Bar area also features Vinotemp French door wine coolers. The standout feature in this project is a custom-made curved stainless steel bar in the Ground Floor Bar that amplifies the venue’s luxurious atmosphere.
