Mondos To Go is a one-of-a-kind café intricately connected to a butcher and grocer, specializing in organic, locally-sourced meat products from Western Australia. Caterlink was hired to provide consultation, design, and installation services for the bar and front-of-house area. Because of their existing relationship with the client, Caterlink was able to effortlessly fulfill their needs and specifications.

The bar construction process involved the use of high-quality Simply Stainless modular stainless steel benches and custom-fabricated benches that not only provided durability and longevity but also resulted in significant cost and time savings for the customer. Additionally, the skilled team at Caterlink selected and incorporated reputable brands – such as Skope Refrigeration, Vitamix Blenders, Anvil Food Display Cabinets, and a Turbofan connection oven – into the design, resulting in a functional workspace that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly efficient in meeting the needs of their clients.
