Next Hotel Melbourne is a reimagined hotel experience offering a sophisticated sanctuary to stay, play, work, and everything in between.

With a variety of exquisite spaces to gather, share food and drink, or contemplate your next Melbourne city experience, Next Hotel offers a refined aesthetic and bespoke experiences. Their drink and dine offering gives nod to a combination of Sicilian and Hong Kong heritage. La Madonna restaurant within the hotel is a must visit whether you are a guest or not. In the first of its kind for an Australian Hotel, they host an in-house barrel cocktail ageing program adding extra vibrancy and flavour to their already alluring drinks list.

Unique Project Features

Coanda exhaust hoods was utilised to reduce the airflow requirement and reduce duct sizes required.
Custom made stainless steel fabrication equipment.
Custom coolrooms and Skope refrigeration cabinets one of which in the LA Madonna restaurant incorporates a sliding ladder for access to high levels.
A performance solution using Angelo Po cooking equipment.
