The client approached us to redesign their existing kitchen, with the goal of optimising the space for greater efficiency and functionality. Collaborating closely with Hickey Construction, our team successfully transformed the kitchen, creating streamlined washing, cooking, bar and freezer room areas to support the cafe’s busy operations. The newly expanded kitchen is equipped with industry-leading brands, including Meiko dishwashers, Skope refrigeration units, Blue Seal and Turbofan cooking equipment from Moffat and Simply Stainless modular benches.
