Phat Brew Club

The brewery offers a variety of alcoholic beverages, including 16 in-house tap beers as well as local WA beers, all of which are served alongside delicious Asian street food.

The Phat Brew building had been dormant for about 12 years, so a substantial amount of work was required to renovate the roof, amongst other things which led to complications and delays but the end result has definitely been worth the wait.

Here at Caterlink Commercial Kitchens and Bars we provided a comprehensive service solution to the client with kitchen planning, project management, financing, equipment supply, and fit-out.

The kitchen and bar fitout of the project involved the installation of a new cool room, production kitchen including heavy duty quality appliances, and bar area to help the business meet the growing demand from its customers.

The specification incorporated energy efficient Skope refrigeration, a german manufactured Convotherm combi oven, NZ made Blue Seal cooking equipment, Meiko dishwashers, custom exhaust hood and a Scheer Parilla Series Chargrill. Caterlink also utilised Simply Stainless custom bar modules, which offer great flexibility and value whilst meeting the specific client operational needs and preferences.
