Sitting between Scarborough and Doubleview is this stylish new restaurant run by a local family with decades of experience creating wood fired pizzas. Their namesake is supplemented by pasta, coffee, and fresh-baked cakes. Embedded in the community and environment containing them, they put strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

Caterlink was engaged to consult, design and fit out the spacious bar that forms part of the angular, modern service counter wrapping around to enclose both bar and kitchen in visual unity, and give customers a seamless experience.

We assisted in project management, equipment supply and fit-out to ensure the bar operation was seamless in function as well as form. Unobtrusive units with high performance such as a Williams undercounter backbar chillers, Scotsman Ice Machine and Meiko Upster glasswasher. Forming the backbone of the bar is an extensive range of module bar units from Simply Stainless.
