Shopping at Caterlink during COVID-19
To friends and family of Caterlink,
WA has been fortunate not to have been impacted by COVID-19 in the same way as other states, however with the Omicron variant now present in WA, the state government has conceded that the virus is here to stay.
Caterlink is taking proactive steps to minimise risks, as much as we can, for the safety of our clients and team members, while still continuing to operate as a business and service our clients.
With this in mind, from Monday 31 January, 2022 there will be some changes at Caterlink, that is important for all clients and visitors to be aware of.
If you are plaining to visit our showroom, we recommend completing our booking form, to ensure that one of our consultants will be available to assist you. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.
On entry to Caterlink’s Showroom the following check in procedure will need to be completed:
- Masks must be worn
- Check in via SafeWA/ServiceWA app or complete all details on our manual register
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
The WA Government has launched the ServiceWA app – a free, convenient and secure mobile app that will help West Australians with proof of vaccination requirements.
If you do not use the ServiceWA app you can also show proof of vaccination either in a digital or paper-based form, along with acceptable forms of identification. More information on proof of vaccination can be found here.
Picking up equipment? To save you time, it is recommended to give us a call on 9492 8200 at least 1 hour prior to let us know you would like to pick up your order and we can get it ready for you. All pickups will be through the main entrance from Howe Street and follow the same check-in procedure listed above, and then our lovely team will be able to assist you.
We understand and respect that vaccination is a choice, so if you are not vaccinated and want to:
A) Enquire about our equipment, please call us on 9492 8200 to talk to a consultant or visit our website Caterlink.com.au
B) Pick up your order, we kindly ask you to follow the contactless pickup procedures.
- Wear a mask
- Give us a call on 9492 8200 at least 1 hour before arriving, so we can have your equipment ready for collection. This is to reduce your wait time.
- Once you arrive, please park your car in our customer parking area, and call 9492 8200 to advise you are here, then a team member will bring your order out.
- Payment will need to be made in full prior to collection and can be taken over the phone or via EFT with proof of payment being sent to Sales Rep.
Our staff don’t make the rules – be kind – help us follow the rules and keep WA safe. Abusive language and threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
We acknowledge that this is a difficult time for all, and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work together to minimise risks to each other and the wider community.
