Josh has been part of Caterlink for more than three years, working as a Project Consultant on several significant hospitality and retail fitouts across Victoria. His portfolio includes work on the Mecca Flagship in Melbourne, Flight Club Melbourne, and Little Pope Café in Terminal 1 Melbourne Airport. These experiences have shaped his understanding of complex builds, stakeholder expectations and the level of service required for projects that carry real weight in the market.
He now steps into the role of Melbourne Showroom Manager, bringing a strong focus on detail and a genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door. His vision for the new showroom is to build a space that feels both practical and welcoming, where operators can explore equipment confidently and receive guidance tailored to their venue’s needs. Josh aims to position Mulgrave as a trusted destination for Victorian hospitality businesses seeking support, clarity and reliable solutions.
His background as a chef for the past 12 years adds another layer of insight, giving him a grounded understanding of how equipment performs in fast-paced kitchens and what matters most during service.
Away from work, Josh enjoys time with his family, including his two daughters who are both budding dancers, and he has a long-standing love of motorcycle rides. His sense of community and hands-on experience continue to guide the way he approaches his role.
