Stretched Not Stressed | Internal Personal Development Training

This week the Caterlink Team participated in internal personal development training, which helped us all understand the difference between being Stretched (Eustress) and Stressed (Distress).
When we are stretched, we are challenged and pushed out of our comfort zone – but this is good for us. It helps us to grow, develop new skills and build confidence. It also helps provide meaning and purpose.
We are going into a hectic period of the year and discussing different ways to reduce stress levels was super useful.
