inform you that we have acquired Advantage Commercial Kitchens, a renowned business with 22 years of operation
in Victoria.
The acquisition of Advantage Commercial Kitchens marks a new chapter in our journey, enhancing our capabilities
and expanding our reach within the industry. Advantage Commercial Kitchens with its two fantastic showrooms brings
a wealth of expertise and a strong reputation for excellence.
Key Highlights of the Acquisition:
1. Expanded Footprint: Advantage Commercial Kitchens strategically positioned showrooms in Dandenong
and Footscray will allow us to serve the industry more effectively across the region.
2. Enhanced Expertise: The acquisition brings together the knowledge, experience and insights of both
companies, positioning us as an even stronger player in the commercial kitchens and bars domain.
3. Family-Owned Australian Business: Both Caterlink and Advantage Commercial Kitchens are proudly
Australian family-owned businesses. With that comes a strong set of values and healthy culture, providing a
