Gage Roads Freo Brewery

WA’s biggest brewer has turned the historic A Shed at Victoria Quay into Gage Roads Freo, a brewery, restaurant, bar and family-friendly venue.
Caterlink was engaged from concept through to delivery of Gage Roads. Caterlink consulted, designed, and specified all the equipment for both bars, main cooking line up, back of house and fish & chip sea container. Our team worked with the client & ICS the builder project managing the delivery & fit out of these areas.

The unusual shape and location of A Shed presented many challenges and require our team to adapt where possible without compromising workflow.
