MinRes headquarters at Walters Drive

The new MinRes headquarters at Walters Drive has been purpose-built, achieving a Platinum WELL v2 certification to provide not only ideal working conditions for their employees, but improved health opportunities. The WELL building standard extends past regular workplace requirements to consider aspects such as air quality, encouragement of physical activity and availability of healthy food.

To assist with this vision, Caterlink was engaged to supply and fit out all of the foodservice facilities over multiple floors of the building. This comprehensive catering design included the first Meiko Bio Master Food Waste Treatment System in Australia which included a 5000 Litres storage tank located on the ground level also a wide range of refrigerated display units for fast service, chilled prep stations and a custom Meiko conveyor dishwasher system to be able to cope with the needs of this busy foodservice operation.
