Vels Clyde North is the newest and most ambitious chapter in the Vel Spices journey. Purpose-built and family owned, the business is run by three brothers who share a deep passion for food, culture, and community. The name “Vel” is a tribute to their father, whose first name inspired the brand and whose values continue to guide its growth. This new site brings together everything customers have come to love in one dynamic location.

Madison Grand is a new benchmark in high-rise living. The 40-level tower includes 398 Built-to-Rent residences, nearly 2,000 square metres of ground-floor retail and hospitality, a rooftop retreat, and a health and wellness sanctuary. Caterlink was proud to be appointed to this landmark project through a competitive tender process.

Completed in January 2025, the redevelopment of the Dingley Pavilion provides modern cricket and AFL facilities while enhancing community spaces. Funded by the Council, Victorian State Government, AFL Victoria, Cricket Australia/Victoria, and local clubs, the project supports the Dingley Cricket Club, Dingley Junior Football Club, and the Dingley Football and Netball Club.

Flight Club is a social darts venue that blends classic pub fun with a unique, interactive experience. With locations across the UK, the US, Ireland, and Australia, it offers a modern take on darts, featuring a variety of games designed for players of all levels.

Jolimont House is a warm and welcoming dining space for the Gate 8 community, located on level six of the Gate 8 office complex, overlooking the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Gate 8 offers co-working spaces, a wellness centre, an auditorium, workshop areas, and a café, supporting collaboration among tenants, particularly local not-for-profit organisations and entrepreneurs focused on addressing social and environmental impact.

Royal Stacks is a fresh food restaurant, with a unique take on the classic fast-food burgers Australians have enjoyed for many years, The burgers are freshly minced daily from pasture fed, 100% Australian, GMO-free beef, and the menu offers vegetarian and Halal options, including a new vegan burger option. With ten restaurants across Melbourne, this Caterlink project adds the eleventh to the list, now open for MCC Members in the Southern Stand, Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Nestled in QV Square, in the bustling Melbourne CBD, AMIRI Cafe is a day to night Asian inspired cafe, combining Asian and Melbourne flavours. With an expansive menu, all-day breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and specialty coffee and drinks, there’s something for every palate.

Foodbank is Australia’s largest food relief not-for-profit organisation, providing food and groceries to charities and running school breakfast programs in every state and territory. With 90 years’ experience, Foodbank Victoria stands as the largest and oldest food relief charity in the state, providing food for the everyday Australians who are going without. Their dedicated teams work with an army of volunteers to pick, pack, and distribute the food to those who need it.

For more than 100 years, Victoria University (VU) has provided accessible education to students in Melbourne’s west and beyond. It stands as one of only six universities in Australia to offer comprehensive courses in both TAFE and higher education. Beyond its academic offerings, VU’s Campuses feature numerous diverse cafes spread across multiple sites, with a range of food options available to students, staff, and the wider community.
