For more than 100 years, Victoria University (VU) has provided accessible education to students in Melbourne’s west and beyond. It stands as one of only six universities in Australia to offer comprehensive courses in both TAFE and higher education. Beyond its academic offerings, VU’s Campuses feature numerous diverse cafes spread across multiple sites, with a range of food options available to students, staff, and the wider community.

Caterlink is passionate about the environment and providing sustainable solutions to our customers contributing to the advancement of a greener industry. Recently, Caterlink was thrilled to be part of Victoria University’s de-gasification project. Contracted by Focus On Management, this transformative project involved the removal of gas equipment from the University’s commercial kitchens and replacing it with eco-friendly electric alternatives. Implemented across various sites including Footscray Park, Sunshine, Werribee East, and Werribee West, this switch was a significant step towards a greener future for the University.
