Caterlink Chef’s Club | Liberty Café & Bar, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
We hope this message finds you well, still relishing the memories of our recent Chef’s Club event held yesterday at the breathtaking Liberty Café & Bar. The evening was truly unforgettable, filled with exquisite cuisine, delightful beverages, and the joy of reconnecting with our esteemed hospitality community.
The Liberty Café & Bar, with its stunning architecture and sweeping views of the city skyline, served as the perfect setting for our culinary celebration.
Andrew Mann and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre Hospitality team truly outdid themselves with a lavish European Mezze savoury grazing table, where you indulged in an array of delicious treats.
Furthermore, at the interactive induction cooking station, their talented chef skilfully crafted a mouth-watering Moroccan slow-cooked lamb shoulder that tantalized your taste buds.
The enticing aroma of freshly grilled buttermilk Akoya oysters from Harvest Road filled the air, flawlessly complemented by the exceptional 2021 Harewood Porongurup Riesling from Authentic Wine.
We were honored to have Mark Leake, the founder of Authentic Wine Brands, grace our event, showcasing his esteemed brand and introducing us to a selection of their partner wines, further enhancing our experience.
Running with Thieves impressed with their diverse selection of locally crafted Australian beers, each thoughtfully paired with delectable foods. Among their offerings were beef tataki with shitake mushroom jam and pickled shimeji mushrooms, as well as roast pork belly with galangal caramel.
And let’s not forget the indulgent finale! Ora Foods delighted us with a dazzling buffet-style selection of dessert platters, featuring a variety of petit cakes, macarons, sweet treats, and premium cheese.
We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for attending this extraordinary event. Your presence added a vibrant energy and created a wonderful atmosphere among our hospitality community. It was an absolute pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces and forge new connections with fellow food enthusiasts.
