What an incredible evening at our recent Chefs Club event hosted at the stunning Art of Seafood restaurant! The night was truly unforgettable, featuring exquisite cuisine, delightful beverages, and the joy of reconnecting with our esteemed hospitality community.

What A Night @ Art Of Seafood On Monday Evening!

 The Art of Seafood, with its stunning architecture and prime location at
On The Point in East Perth, offering unmatched views of the Swan River, provided the perfect setting for our culinary celebration.

Guests savoured shared starters, including King salmon, oysters, olives, prawns, and scallops. For the main course, we indulged in ‘Water & Fire’, featuring Black Angus sirloin, Shark Bay king prawns. Accompanying this were Royal Blue potato chips, seasonal greens charred to perfection, and maple-glazed pumpkin seeds.

For dessert, we delighted in a symphony of flavours, including coconut, dark chocolate, mango, yuzu raspberry coulis, lime powder, and lemon myrtle curd with white chocolate.

Each delectable course was paired with exquisite wines from Calabria Wines. What made this dining experience even more special was Jessica Burton, who expertly guided us through each wine pairing.

Your presence added a vibrant energy and created a wonderful atmosphere among our hospitality community. It was an absolute pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces and forge new connections with fellow food enthusiasts.
